Niacinamide

Niacinamide is one of the two forms of vitamin B-3, the other is niacin. Our bodies convert niacin into niacinamide. Our bodies also convert tryptophan, the amino acid found in animal foods, into niacinamide. This conversion accounts for only a very small amount of the needed niacinamide.

Niacinamide is helpful in treating anxiety, depression, emotional stress and physical stress.

Niacinamide msy be helpful with osteoarthritis and may prevent diabetes.
